Prajna Naidoo founded Impact Horizon in 2023 with the goal of driving sustainable social change across political, social, and economic boundaries. She specializes in designing and implementing cross-sectoral social impact initiatives with subject-matter expertise in refugee entrepreneurship in Uganda and South Africa. Recognizing how migration has a sphere of influence across all global issues i.eincluding gender rights, agriculture, education, business, climate change, inclusion, social policy etc., it became clear that the achieving effective impact requires a systems-based approach that activates all stakeholders in the root of the problem. With a Magna Cum Laude degree in International Development and Psychology from George Washington University and as a certified Social Impact Consultant from Georgetown University, Prajna's interdisciplinary approach merges theory and practice to create meaningful solutions that harness the rigor of innovation to foster sustainable change across the horizon.

Rachel Hu is a consultant passionate about tackling systemic barriers to economic security. With a background in Computer Science at the University of Washington, she brings a unique, interdisciplinary approach to solving complex challenges. She has worked as a Software Engineer at Amazon, where she optimized large-scale systems, and founded Eat Together, a startup that connects students from diverse backgrounds over meals, fostering community and inclusivity. Her consulting experience spans sectors, from supporting minority-owned businesses in Seattle to working with an education nonprofit in Bangalore, India. Rachel combines technical skills, strategic vision, and hands-on experience to drive innovation that is both impactful and scalable.
